Quick TakeawayYour first assisted stretch starts with a Personal Movement Assessment, a quick 3D body scan guided by a certified Flexologist. You then talk through your goals, get a one-on-one stretch on a custom bench, and leave with a plan. Your stretch should never be painful, and your Flexologist checks in with you throughout. |

Before your first stretch, your Flexologist guides you through a full-body scan using 3D imaging. You complete three simple overhead squats while the system captures thousands of data points. Within seconds, you receive a personalized movement score and a visual breakdown of your mobility, stability, posture and symmetry. It shows where your body moves well and where imbalances exist.
Your Flexologist reviews your results and asks about your current flexibility, past injuries and goals. Flexologists are certified assisted stretching professionals who complete a 40+ hour certification program. This conversation shapes your session, so share anything that feels tight or uncomfortable.
You lie on a custom bench while your Flexologist guides your body through stretches chosen for your needs. They support each position, so you can relax into it instead of holding it yourself. Sessions run 25 or 50 minutes.
Expect a stretch you can feel, not one that hurts. Your Flexologist communicates throughout and adjusts to your comfort level. If a position feels like too much, say so. Read more: Is Assisted Stretching Painful?
After your first stretch, your Flexologist recommends a personalized plan that builds on each session. Monthly scans help you track your progress, so you can see how your movement changes over time.
A member describes the value of working with a Flexologist: “Hazel is an excellent flexologist. She can immediately pinpoint areas of muscle soreness and adapts her stretches to improve my range of motion and comfort level. I highly recommend her.” Individual experiences vary.
When you stretch alone, you choose the positions and hold them yourself. In an assisted session, a trained Flexologist guides each stretch, reaches positions that are hard to get into alone and adjusts as your body responds. Your plan is personalized to your scan results and your goals. See how it compares in assisted stretching or massage: which is better?
